Open Squash, a non-profit dedicated to making the sport of squash more accessible to the public, utilized Adept's Website Design & Development team for support in building and launching the organization’s Webflow website.
While Open Squash already had an existing website, they wanted to migrate to Webflow to utilize its cutting-edge features as they worked to achieve their high-level website objectives: increased overall brand exposure, enhanced lead generation capabilities, data capture to drive membership, and improved marketing functions. Open Squash also needed email signup functionality, a membership signup process driven through an integration with Club Locker, setup of a donation portal via Salesforce's "Elevate" tool, and programming capture for first-party data.
To address these issues, Adept's Website Design & Development team worked closely with Open Squash to apply their existing design mockups and designs to the pages that we were developing. We designed a custom design-QA process that allowed Open Squash's design team direct access to our Webflow development staging site, so they could track in real-time how we were applying their designs to our build and provide feedback and give approvals. We also planned and hosted multiple Webflow training sessions to teach Open Squash's Marketing team on Webflow basics, like the editing tool, CMS functionality, best practices for updating content, etc.
Open Squash’ Webflow website is in its final stages of development and is expected to launch in the first quarter of 2023.
