True Link Financial is a San Francisco based financial technology firm that offers investment accounts and prepaid cards customized for the elderly, people with disabilities, and people recovering from addiction. True Link’s marketing team engaged Adept Dynamics to help improve their website’s mobile experience.

Problem

While the True Link desktop website experience was robust and offered visitors a first-rate experience, customer feedback to their mobile website indicated that it wasn’t meeting the high-standard set by the desktop version. True Link Financial specifically wanted their mobile website to be designed in a format that presented relevant company/services information in clear, concise, and highly functional formats. They also wanted the entire mobile range built using Webflow best practices.

Solution

To address these issues, we worked closely with True Link Financial to understand their priorities and strategic objectives for the mobile website. Working together as one cohesive unit rather than two independent teams provided us with critical perspective throughout the planning, design, and execution phases. Once all necessary requirements were gathered for an excellent mobile experience, we used the Webflow platform to design and develop a modern, responsive mobile website that aligned with True Link Financials’ brand pillars while still delivering on the company’s business objectives.

Outcome

As a result of our strategic planning and mobile design/development efforts, we successfully launched a responsive and accessible mobile website in-line with True Link Financials’ brand and communications priorities. A secondary outcome of our work was the successful completion of a light website redesign which True Link Financial applied to both its desktop and mobile websites. The new website experience has improved overall user experience for the brand and helped drive an overall increase in web traffic and customer engagement rates.
